Hi! I'm Chanel, the owner of your new favourite vegan restaurant / takeaway. I run the shop with the help of my family; during the 2020 lockdown we'd tend to buy a lot of Vegan meat replacements- most of which contained ingredients that we couldn't even pronounce... and so we began the journey of making our own.
The fried panko oyster mushrooms started at home, along with my mum's best selling own recipe vegan döner kebab, which I and many others think is the best in London, at least. We wanted to be able to share our homemade recipes with the world to prove that going vegan doesn't mean you're missing out on anything. If anything, we believe that our food is better than "the real thing" and this has been proven since opening the shop in February 2021.
Having no experience in the food industry, we had no clue what to expect on our opening day. We're proud to say we have been overwhelmed with support and amazing feedback, not just from vegans and vegetarians, but from meat eaters too...who are now regulars at Vegan Hub many saying we have the best vegan doner kebab in the uk. We thank and appreciate all of our customers who have shown us so much loyalty since opening, it has truly been a pleasure to serve you all, thank you again!
